dbt-duckdb excel plugin demo

I love to see the work done here and see some great potential in the plugin setup as it drills open what we can do with dbt. I just tested the feasibility of using dbt in combination with this DuckDB adapter as a file processing and even ingestion framework.

Given that I found little docs around the excel connector, (and sure it's more a toy, still many processes start or have intermediate steps in excel) thought to post the link to my demo setup here: demo-dbt-duckdb-excel-plugin.

I am happy to continue a conversation around this topic or simply close this issue.
