Job reference picker has incorrect behavior when clicking a group name #255

When choosing a job in the job reference picker, clicking on a group name navigates to the Job view page, instead of opening the group in the picker.

this causes the current workflow being edited to be lost.

clicking on the group name should just open the group, and not navigate away
