Code editor sometimes doesn't load properly

I've noticed that sometimes the monaco-editor doesn't load properly (I didn't notice it before and seems like it's a bit of a dice roll as to whether it's going to load correctly). No idea why this is happening, but I will look into it more later because the problem is cosmetic.
