Support for modern kernels (5.10+)

there's a lot going on in the bpf kernel ecosystems, and many new features are delivered with each release.at the same time, recent distros come with more recent kernels, which enables lots of cool, new things.
i was recently looking at implementing some additional functionality to this package, but I am afraid that adding new or changing existing functionalities might break compatibility with the version we list in the readme (4.15)

what are the plans of bumping up the kernel requirements for this?
