Remove uploadProgress

It would be nice if there was a way to remove uploadProgress from a form once it's been applied. I have a complex form in which users select if they want to upload from file, or perform a deferred upload using FTP/SCP. If they select the latter, I don't want upload progress on the form.

Can't you simply use jQuery to remove the progress bar as needed?

@evanworley I don't really use upload progress bar this way anymore, so please send a pull request if you want to change it. It's very unlikely that I will have a time to do it soon.
