Describe the Bug

drizzle-kit generate ignores breakpoints: false config setting and includes --> statement-breakpoint in the migration file. This was working in drizzle-kit 0.23

Expected behavior

--> statement-breakpoint are not included in generated migration file.

The behavior regressed in [email protected]. Version 0.23.0 works as expected.

@mdurling, I found the same issue.
Although it's not a big deal, if we want to give visibility to that issue, it would probably be useful to add a proper title. As the reporter, you have the permission to do it, I don't. Thanks in advance 🙏
