Create Type with names of all tables

Wondering how I could create a type that pulls in the names of all the tables I've defined in my schema.

Example

export const profileTable = pgTable("profile", {...})
export const userTable = pgTable("user", {...})
export const commentsTable = pgTable("comments", {...}) <-- //note the plural

/...
type AllTableNames =....

export const item = pgEnum("item", [
  "profile",  
  "user",
  "comment",  <-- would throw a type error because 'comment'  does not exist
] satisfies AllTableNames[] )
