Durable Object SQLite Driver

Hey Drizzle Team. Cloudflare just announced SQLite embedded into Durable Objects. Their API doesn't offer any type-safety, and this looks like a great use case for Drizzle ORM.

Since these Durable Objects are initialized with an empty database, it would be helpful if the ORM offered some DDL solution to create database tables and indices outside of using the Drizzle Kit CLI or vanilla SQL, but I can imagine that's a much larger effort.

I'm heavily interested in this, it shouldn't be too groundbreaking since similiar things already exist in SQLite drivers for other DBs.
