List Badges Don't Respect Right Icons

Badged on list items don't always prevent overlap with right icons.

I made some tweaks so the badges shows on top of a button and aligns better. But in general, there are so many scenarios with how items can display their content, and how icons could show up to the right, that precise control of how the badge aligns should be done by the developer's own CSS if the default does not align how they'd like.
