Animate pull-to-refresh arrow when 'stopping' pull event #774

When you pull the pull-to-refresh, the down arrow shows nicely and turns with an animation when a certain threshold is reached.

But when you keep holding the content and move back ('cancel' the pull-to-refresh), the arrow will point back down again but doesn't animate back, it's just instantly pointing downwards. Which is kind of ugly.

It's a small catch, but I think it is one.

I'm using the nightly Ionic Framework.
