Swipeable list items should open one at a time

It's possible to swipe the list items so that every single one is showing its option buttons at once... this is not natural (at least on iOS).

Suggestions:

• after opening the first item, touching anywhere but on the buttons themselves closes it
• (or) after opening the first item, a second item, when swiped, will open, but the first item will close as it does

Does this make sense?
