Right arrow in item directive links #472

I noticed something about the Item directive that seems odd. When I used the directive, the standard ion-chevron-left isn't applied. But when just the item class is applied to an A tag, everything appears as is.

Yes, I also observed this, the list directive is kinda limiting concerning display, so I prefer to use html markup.

Same for me... I've had to do some funny wrapping in order to get a list
item both a) showing a chevron and b) item option buttons working. It
worked but it was certainly not clean. An update would be greatly
appreciated...
