as mentioned in #25 (comment), currently it is possible for a concept value to have more than one definition (http://webconcepts.info/concepts/http-header/Authorization is an example with 3 definitions). in order to better find and analyze these cases, it would be useful to have a page that simply lists all of these values. this page could remain unlinked and thus hidden, but would be useful to have.

more generally speaking (after changing the issue title), it would be good to come up with some guidance on which description/definition of a concept value is the "main" one, if there is more than one. the problem is that this is hard to decide and manage across specifications.
