Formatting in .NET Interactive notebook

Steps to reproduce

1. Create .NET Interactive notebook
2. Create C# Cell
3. Try to format code

Expected behavior

Code is formatted

Actual behavior

There is no formatter for 'dotnet-interactive.csharp' file installed

Ok, i had suspected that this is an issue in vscode or dotnet/interactive.
