Typo in supressBuildAssetsNotification setting name should be fixed

csharp.supressBuildAssetsNotification setting should be spelled suppressBuildAssetsNotification. This should be a trivial change, but I'm unsure how to do it in a backwards compatible way.

Can someone give me some guidance?
