@tarekgh I would expect this to apply to Android/iOS/tvOS as well... should we change arch-wasm to another label?

EDIT: @marek-safar is this also interesting for other mobile targets?

I am ok either way with more proper labeling. I just marked the best I understood from the description.

I scrolled down after changing the label and I see that we're having a bit of a tennis match on the area label. I wanted to move it out of Meta to make sure it was getting better visibility by the @dotnet/area-system-globalization crew for tracking/updating as we approach our zero-bug-bounce date.
