Bound component properties with suffixes aren't mapped correctly

The "Value" in @bind-Value is mapped, as indicated by the yellow glyphs, but the "Value" part of all of the other attributes, like @bind-Value:after etc., should also be mapped.

Triage: this seems like something we could use a semantic model for.

Yes and no. Would love to know what you all are thinking for a semantic model, because I could see it helping in some scenarios (ie, where does this attribute come from?) but maybe not others.

FIxing this for @bind-Value:get is easy enough, its just an oversight in my original component attribute code. Fixing it for @bind-Value:set and @bind-Value:after is a bit more of a pain, because the lowering pass effectively removes those attributes from the intermediate tree.
