the folder is flat. that affect -internal.zip, -internal.tar.gz, pkg and windows installer

Re-purposing this issue to stop producing/publishing the internal binaries archives. They are not really needed.

We already have a bug for the wrong internal structure of these archives.

I believe these come from the sdk repo and just get republished as is. After the repo merge, this should go away. CC @mmitche @MiYanni

The installer repo does this too. I actually am removing this in #18632
