For future reference, do we have docs on what did you run in order to update all of these?

scripts/MergeAnalyzerMetadata.ps1 to update the eng/Diags files from current analyzers assemblies.
scripts/MakeEditorConfigs.ps1 to convert the eng/Diags files into .editorconfig files.
