Starting with macOS Ventura 13.3, AppleAHCIPort seems to be having trouble with SATA drives installed in various older systems.
AbortConmands::5382:Port 0 - called, devicewithError 0, errCode = 0x0030005is repeatedly printed in the system log and during verbose boot.Verified with two users across 3 MacPro5,1 systems and various SATA drives.

Many other users have also seen this message in their verbose boot logs, on various machines dating from 2012 and older.
It is unknown as to whether or not this error is significant.
