Limit exposed db to a specific ip

First, thank your for your work, it's really great!

I was thinking of "a nice to have enhancement": to be able to specify one or more ip address for an exposed db.
The idea would be to restrict the access of a database from the listed IP.

Would be great to be able to ensure the maintenance of a db without exposing it too widely.
