bigdecimal - Gem::Ext::BuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

Using redmine:5.1 and adding the plugin https://github.com/kontron/redmine_oauth to
the plugins directory, the errors added at the bottom are shown on startup.

After some research I found that some development tools are missing for inclusion of this library.
Unfortunately I could not find information on how to proper modify the image to allow for
inclusion of such plugins.

Any hel appreciated!

The following Dockerfile works (info from https://stackoverflow.com/a/63019924/905817):

bigdecimal library gets built and starts up. So only the package build-essential is missing.
Would it make sense to include this dependency by default? It could be part of the initial image,
but effectively be removed (purged) after successful startup!

I get a similar problem with redmine plugin installation (https://github.com/devopskube/redmine_openid_connect).
I fix the problem by installing only gcc and make to allow bigdecimal compilation .
Here is my Dockerfile:

Should be good to update the official redmine docker image with this changes to continue using our plugins natively.
