Recently, not sure when this started, but Chrome OS with a Linux subsystem is no longer prompting me to add the serial device to Linux.
It is being see by Chrome OS, but I am not longer being prompted to add it to Linux.

In Chrome://system dmesg:
<6>[ 2266.999338] usb 1-3: new full-speed USB device number 51 using xhci_hcd
<6>[ 2267.144987] usb 1-3: New USB device found, idVendor=06cd, idProduct=0121, bcdDevice= 1.00
<6>[ 2267.145001] usb 1-3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
<6>[ 2267.145009] usb 1-3: Product: Keyspan USA-19H
<6>[ 2267.145015] usb 1-3: Manufacturer: Keyspan, a division of InnoSys Inc.
<6>[ 2267.149353] keyspan 1-3:1.0: Keyspan 1 port adapter converter detected
<6>[ 2267.149790] usb 1-3: Keyspan 1 port adapter converter now attached to ttyUSB0

But no ask any more

Nevermind. They must have enabled this in Chrome OS. I had to disable to get it working again.
