Not unmounting /mnt/stateful_partition/crouton/chroots/bionic as another instance is using it.

Please describe your issue:

I downloaded bionic using crouton, but my trackpad doesnt work in it, if i use extreme pressure, the mouse moves a bit.
Someone said this would fix: synclient FingerLow=1 FingerHigh=5
but it gives this: Failed to connect to X Server.
Please Help me!
