Incorrect current branch labels when switching to remoteless repo

Normally, a repo without a remote displays N/A for both local and remote current branch (above the commit window). However, if Elegit was previously showing a repo with a remote, the current local and remote branch displays remain as those branches, instead of switching to N/A.
