Cookbookかというと微妙かもしれないが、あったらいい気がする。
GDB・LLDB・WinDbgあたり？

そういえば最近LDCがGDBやLLDBに対応するために-gdwarfとか対応したそうで。試したけどよくわからなかった…。(Windows)
