404 error occured in loading "jstoolbar/jstoolbar-textile.min.js",
jstoolbar-textile.min.js is removed from latest redmine(I confirmed 4.1 or later).

So, this might be an issue with the PlantUML-plugin but I've not yet tested that. I expect it to be a general Redmine-issue, and in that case this bug should be reported somewhere else.
But I will at least add my findings here also, it might be useful.

I can confirm that this also occurs in Redmine 4.2.1, see this network-summary of Firefox loading the editor for a Wiki-page:
Knipsel_toGitHub_PlantUML_Issue39_FirefoxNetworkSummary

Now apparently it does not affect the functionality of Textile in this editor:

  • I do see the usual buttons to perform editing, and
  • they actually work.

So either the JavaScript is not needed or I don't know that I am missing something ;-)

However, this does pollute the webserver-log with 404-messages, and that in itself can trigger alarms,
since 404's are not supposed to occur and thus may indicate malicious access-attempts.
With that in mind I hope that this can be solved at the root, but in my view it is a low-prio-thing.
