Hello,

I would like to propose the capability to give the plugin an URL to an external PlantUML Server to add the PlantUML feature to redmine.

This would help preventing redundancy in IT infrastructure.

I feel like this is out of scope at the moment. Although I admit it would be nice to have.

Should be possible as there is an existing ruby library to encode the diagrams. 🤔

FYI, I have this feature currently working in a branch if anybody is interested in this feature anymore.
