Update latest settings for newrelic.yml.erb and nrsysmond.cfg.erb templates

Hi!

I noticed latest newrelic.yml and nrsysmond.cfg have changed a little over time and the templates have not been updated to reflect these changes.

For example:

• Some settings have been deprecated (like in the case of capture_params for the java agent and timeout for the server agent),
• New settings have been introduced or are missing on the template (like _disable_docker_for the server monitor).
• In other cases, other settings have the wrong default behavior (like audit_mode, which should be false by default, it is "true" by default on the template).
• In other cases, the default behavior has changed (like in the case of ignore_errors, where "akka.actor.ActorKilledException" is now the default value).

Can the template files be reviewed and settings updated so that they are up to date with the latest newrelic.yml and nrsysmond.cfg as provided by New Relic?
