Issue reported in the TODO document, it is a legacy issue.
"Fix coming out of fullscreen on Win32. As of now, it doesn't restore the window position correctly"

Not able to reproduce it with VJ 2.1.2 & VJ Rx, but would like more information (video/screenshot) if someone has met the issue.
