I2S timer frequency of 24000 creates short silence in audio replay

User has reported it happens with a 24000 value but works fine with a 25000 value.

This is a legacy issue, it happens also on VJ 2.1.2.
Note, it works well on console and with the Phoenix emulator.

2 files are included, one for 24000 and another for 25000.
