mtd: powernv: Add powernv flash MTD abstraction driver
Powerpc powernv platforms allow access to certain system flash devices through a firmwarwe interface. This change adds an mtd driver for these flash devices. Minor updates from Jeremy Kerr and Joel Stanley.
