Contributor priorities

Elineda

• At the start of the new year, Elineda wants to work on the profiler to use the new dependency (Support Yappi for profiling panel #1992)

Matthias

• Wants to keep it running as he's still using it
• Only have an alpha release of the async stuff
• Wants to test it locally with asgi to do a full release

• Add alpha to company's repo

• Looking for issues to work on

Need to figure out how to instrument

Async

• Need to finish the serializable work / branch.
• Let's not let get stuck on 5.0.0.alpha for async to be released. Instead, let's create issue for experimental support of Async as sole blocker to 5.0. This will be a documentation change.
• Ask people for help on Discord to test things.

Incentivizing new contributors

• Add link to the toolbar for our issues (would be a new panel)
• Add top priority to documentation and as a label

Team process

• Be more public about issues where we'd like help
• Plans of where we want to be next year or next quarter (identify our top priorities)

Ethical ads discussion

• The toolbar could generate $30-50/mo
• Donate to DSF or Djangonaut Space
• Could accumulate money to create a bounty system

• Tim to look into ethical ads integration
