lapack-src is too old => it depends on very old package that cause conflicts

I have tried to use a nalgebra-lapack version=0.25 with a crate that depends indirectly on package zstd version=0.10.

I just can not compile it. The reason is that nalgebra-lapack depends on lapack-src=0.8 which indirectly depend on zstd=0.5.

The version 0.8 of lapack-src is 3 year old now, and sure, many poeple are soon not going to be able to use nalgebra-lapack because of this very old dependency.
