• Flash tool [download here - SPD_Upgrade_Tool_R25.20.3901.zip]
• Firmware [download here - RMX3231_11.A.59_202111241016.zip]

Step to flash

• Install SPD Driver
• Open the flash tool
• Click Gear Icon and select extracted firmware file format .pac and wait until extracting .pac finished

• Click Play icon to start

• Turn off your phone
• Click Vol + and Vol - together then put the USB
• The flashing will automatically started

• Wait for the flashing process (approximately 30 minutes - 90 minutes)
• After finish Put off the USB
• Try booting your phone
