This should type-check:

def f [n] (m: i64) (xs: [n]i32) =
  let xs = copy xs
  let (is, vs) =
    unzip (iota m |> map (\i -> (0, xs[i])))
  in scatter xs is vs

It type-checks when not using |>, so it must be related to the aliasing in functional values.
