Code completion and suggestions not working correct

Since few recent updates, the code completion stopped working as it used to. Now if I type 4 characters and hit tab or enter, it wont insert the suggestion, 3 characters work. Like to enter default, you have to write def, defa won't work.
Not all possible suggestions show up for the written characters. I tried enable or disable fuzzy but that has other issues.
