Subject: [PATCH] fix(dashboard): refresh connections after provider auth
 import

The Import-auth modal onSuccess callbacks (Codex/Claude/Gemini) called
fetchData(), which is not defined in ProviderDetailPage — importing those
credentials threw 'fetchData is not defined' and the connections list never
refreshed. Use the existing fetchConnections() instead.
