The updated comment states that this section is now "available for all providers", but the logic still retains the !isManagedAvailableModelsProvider check. This means that managed providers (such as OpenRouter and custom OpenAI/Anthropic nodes) are still excluded from rendering this section.

If the intention of this PR was to truly enable the custom model picker for all providers (as suggested by the PR title and the comment change), the !isManagedAvailableModelsProvider && condition should be removed. If the goal was specifically to fix the missing picker for Gemini, the comment should be updated to accurately reflect that it is for non-managed providers to avoid misleading future maintainers.
