This PR will add additional tags to each release (Rationale).
E.g. when releasing
10.59.6, additional tags10and10.59are added. These allow users to pin their preferred major and/or minor version whilst still pulling in patch releases when they are released.This is similar to what is offered by the alternative images by chenio. But I believe it's best to have this available at the original source project.
