Rockbox plugin implementation of Google's 2-step verification (TOTP - RFC 6238)
All the files should be placed in a subdirectory of $ROCKBOX/apps/plugins/. This directory must then be
added as any other plugin to the CATEGORIES (as an application) and viewers.config (associated to '*') files.
