Moderate vulnerability, does not impact this project since it's run used for batch job on a developer's machine and does not expose a running spark server to the world.

Should be fixed, though. There is no immediate patch / minor version upgrade to apply at the moment, and upgrading to 2.4.0 looks like some work.
