No Warning for COMP1511 in T1 as a Non-CS Degree

Describe the bug
I get no warning from trying to take COMP1511 in T1 which should not happen since I am under a science degree with a Mathematics major. This is because COMP1511 is reserved for CS students in T1.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Put COMP1511 in T1 as a Science Degree with a Math Major

Expected behavior
There should be a warning which says not to do this.
