Bug Summary
Describe the bug:
The job release-typescript-models fails due to Python 3.9.2 not being available for the Ubuntu 22.04 runner.
To Reproduce:
Rerun the release-typescript-models job.
Expected behavior
Any logs, error output, screenshots etc? Provide the devfile that sees this bug, if applicable
Version 3.9.2 was not found in the local cache
Error: Version 3.9.2 with arch x64 not found

Any workaround?
An alternative would be to revert the Ubuntu runner back to 20.04 which does support Python 3.9.2.
