Slow load speed for 2GB COG file

there is a 2GB COG I uploaded to GCS bucket and tried /cog/tiles/ endpoint for loading to map, it was super slow and keeps throw warning:

what could be the potential cause of this?

I see this in /cog/viewer too, how can I improve the speed?
