Scrolling wihle the cursor is on the canvas doesn't work

Tweaking the touch-action manually from CSS didn't help. I also double checked and dom.w3c_pointer_events.dispatch_by_pointer_messages is set to true in about:config.

Currently using LibreWolf 129.0.2-1 which is based on the latest version of Firefox

Is this a mobile-only problem?
I think it's supposed to work this way on desktop at least. If you want to scroll with the mouse you can use the middle click.

I'm actually attempting to scroll with my touchpad (laptop). Using the two fingers gestures like in the first link
