I wanted to do a fresh install of USBPcap and I uninstalled it improperly and now the USBPcap.sys file is still on my pc and I am unable to uninstall it because it is "still in use". The problem with this is, when I try to reinstall USBPcap, it won't allow me to because it detects that USBPcap is still on my pc, taking any suggestions.
