The paper argues that "Spectral Normalization" will harm the result of melgan, I wonder what is "Spectral Normalization" mean. Like the normalize method used in Tacotron2(https://github.com/Rayhane-mamah/Tacotron-2/)?
Do amp_to_db and then normalized to [-4,4] or [0,1]?
