Versions
Defold 1.9.1, Rive Extension 2.3.0

Minimal steps to reproduce

Create a new Defold 1.9.1 project
Add the Rive dependency and fetch libraries
Bundle the app with any parameters
Install on Android device
The app crashes on start

Workaround
Using Defold 1.8.1 and Rive 1.3.0 still works
