(Console): Validation CRUD functions

Update the component definition console view to support the addition, removal, and editing of Lula validations.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given a user is in the Lula Console and has some control selected
• When they navigate to the validations and perform a specific keystroke (e.g., a for add, e for edit, d for delete)
• Then the associated action will be available and executed

Additional context

Do we want to support remote validations? Right now the model expects all validations to be in the back-matter, if so this may include the work needed to allow for remote files that are updated and added.

Determine scope, intended user interface/experience. Execute and update documentation.
